He Xiaoying

He Xiaoying, a well-known water supply and drainage expert. She is currently the deputy chief engineer of Nerin, professor-level senior engineer and national registered water supply and drainage engineer.

She has presided over the design of 8 large water supply and sewage treatment projects at home and abroad and has participated 40 plus large projects of metallurgy, mining, civil construction and municipal engineering. She has been granted 3 patents and published many papers in national journals.

She has won 10 plus prizes of provincial and ministerial-level scientific and technological progress medal and has been granted the reputation of National May 1st Female Model. She enjoys special allowances of provincial government.

She is currently the member of China Survey and Design Association, Jiangxi Provincial Key Construction Project Bidding Expert Database and Jiangxi Provincial Construction Engineering Survey and Design Association. She once was the member of China Civil Engineering Society Water Supply and Drainage Committee.
