Yuan Jianping, a well-known nonferrous metallurgy expert, he is currently the deputy chief engineer of the company, national design master of non-ferrous metal industry, professor-level senior engineer.

He has presided over the entire process of engineering design of many projects such as Nanguo Copper, Xiangguang Copper, Heding Copper, Guangxi Wuzhou 300kt Reclaimed Copper. In addition, he was also the project manager or design manager for many projects such as Shandong Jinsheng, Sichuan Hongda, Tibet Julong, Yantai Penghui, Kamoa and ODX expansion in D.R. Congo, and also participated in the engineering design for many large projects such as Phase III of Guixi Smelter, Jinlong Copper, Hartonabad Smelter in Iran. 

He has won 18 prizes such as Gold Award of National Excellent Engineering Survey and Design, National Patent Award of Excellent, First Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Shandong Province, First Prize of Science and Technology Progress in Jiangxi Province, First Prize of Science and Technology of Nonferrous Metal Industry, First Prize of Excellent Design etc.  

He is enjoying the special allowance from Jiangxi Province and has been selected by Jiangxi Province government as New Century Talents Project.
