Mei Shuming, a well-known water supply and drainage expert, the deputy chief engineer of the company, professor-level senior engineer, and state-level registered public utility engineer (water supply & drainage).

He has presided over the engineering design of a number of large and medium-sized water supply and drainage projects, and won a number of provincial and ministerial level outstanding engineering design awards.
