Zhong Weimin, a famous expert in municipal engineering, acts as Company Director, Vice Chief Engineer, Senior Engineer (Professor-level), National Registered Civil Engineer (Road Engineering).

Zhong Weimin engaged in the general layout design, urban road and urban planning for 33 years, successively served as the chief designer of key projects in Shenzhen, such as Shenzhen Xiaping Solid Waste Landfill, Shenzhen Municipal Sewage Marine Disposal Project, Feasibility Study of Shenzhen Songbai Highway Expansion Project, and Shenzhen Nanping Expressway Phase 1 Project, etc, and won the second prize of National Award for Science and Technology Progress and provincial & Ministerial Excellent Project Design Awards (10). Zhong Weimin was voted the first excellent Chief Designer of China Nonferrous Metals Industry in 2004, and voted the First Jiangxi Enterprises Outstanding Talent. Zhong Weimin also acts as Expert of Shenzhen Exploration & Design Association Expert Database, expert of Shenzhen Construction Science and Technology Achievements Appraisal Expert Database, and Director of Shenzhen Planning Institute.
