Huang Zhiyuan

Huang Zhiyuan, well-known chemical mechanical expert, is currently the deputy chief engineer of NERIN, the professor-level senior engineer and the national registered mechanical engineer.

He has patented for the fully automatic plate vacuum evaporator. This technology which was the first in the domestic industry fills the gap in the industry and has been widely used.

He obtained the national patent for the built-in heat exchanger converter which was successfully exported to Russia. The converter has the advantages of low manufacturing cost and small footprint, making NERIN one of the few companies in the world who master the technology.

By optimizing the design of the heat exchanger with computer, the multi-style structural selection makes the needs of different processes and customers satisfied, highlighting the leading technical advantages of NERIN in heat exchanger design.

He improved the application software level of the design team, used fluid simulation technology to analyze and solve the gas distribution and pressure drop problems in the project, made the equipment design more efficient, more reliable and more economical with combination of the finite element analysis technology.

He has won multiple National patents and Provincial and Ministerial Awards for Excellent Engineering Design.
