Zeng Xiaoping

Zeng Xiaoping is an expert in general plan design for non-ferrous metal industry and an expert in urban planning of Jiangxi Province. He is currently the deputy chief engineer of Nerin, director of the technical committee of general arrangement planning, professor-level senior engineer, state-level registered urban planner and state-level registered road engineer. 

He has presided several projects, such as General Urban Planning of De'an County, General Urban Planning of Yingtan Industrial Park, Regulatory Planning of the Seventh Waste Dismantling Park in Yingtan, Regulatory Planning of Longkou Economic and Technological Development Zone, and construction planning of Zambia-Jiangxi Multifunctional Economic Cooperative Zone and Baoli Banshan International Wanli Project. He has also responsible for the design of several projects, such as Pingxiang Zhonghuan North Road City Expressway, Shangrao Guangxue Road, Guixi City Guixi Avenue and etc., and has finished the design of general arrangement planning of Phase II and III of Guixi Smelter, Maiyuan Waste Sanitary Landfill Site and Hangzhou Hazardous Waste Disposal Center. He has obtained 3 authorized patents and participated in national standard compilation such as Code for Design of General Layout & Transportation for Non-ferrous Metallurgical Enterprises, and etc..

He has won 42 prizes of National, Provincial and Ministerial Excellent Project Design, and was selected for the 2006 Ten Million Talents Project in Jiangxi Province. 

He is also special invited expert of Jiangxi Provincial Department of Housing and Urban-rural Development, Jiangxi Provincial Administration of Production Safety
