Zhu Lian

Zhu Li'an, a well-known expert of planning and municipal, is currently the deputy manager of city planning of Nerin, deputy general manager of Shenzhen Branch, deputy chief engineer of Nerin, member of technical committee, professor-level senior engineer, state-level registered urban planner, state-level registered road engineer and state-level registered first-class constructor (municipal public).

He has presided over the general planning and urban planning of Hangzhou Economic and Technological Development Zone and the urban planning of Zhejiang High Education Research, and also presided over the design of major key municipal projects such as Shenzhen Nanping Expressway Project, Shenzhen Bao'an Avenue - Shen'nan Linkage Section Project and Nanchang Changnan Avenue Expressway Project. He has presided over and participated in the whole process of construction management of the transportation hub of the South and North Square of Nanchang West Passenger Station. He masters advanced concepts and technologies, and can solve complicated technologies and major technical solutions in the professional field.

He has won the First Prize and Second Prize of National Excellent Engineering Design, and 10 plus prizes of First Prize, Second Prize and Third Prize of Provincial and Ministerial Excellent Engineering Design. 

He is also the expert of Shenzhen Exploration and Design Association, Finance Commission of Shenzhen Municipality, Jiangxi Exploration and Design Association of Construction Project, Nanchang Administrative Examination and Approval Center.
