Chairman of Kyrgyzstan's CJSC Kumtor Operating Company Kanimet Toktosunov and his Delegation Visit China Nerin
On August 17, Wu Runhua, Chairman and General Manager of China Nerin Engineering Co., Ltd. (China Nerin), met with Kanimet Toktosunov, Chairman of the Management Board CJSC of Kumtor Operating Company (Kumtor), and his delegation at the company's headquarters. The two parties held in-depth discussions on the implementation of the Togolok Gold Mine EPC project, the application and implementation of the NDI full-process digital and intelligent solution for the nonferrous metals industry chain, as well as the expansion and deepening of follow-up cooperation.

During the meeting, Wu Runhua extended a warm welcome to Kanimet Toktosunov and his delegation, and introduced China Nerin's profound technological expertise, full-industry-chain service capabilities, and advantages in overseas project implementation within the nonferrous metals sector. He stated that China Nerin and Kumtor share a solid foundation of cooperation and mutual trust, and that the Togolok Gold Mine project is a key overseas benchmark project jointly developed by the two sides. China Nerin will always uphold the philosophy of pursuing excellence and honoring contracts in good faith, strictly control project safety, quality, schedule, and investment, advance the project construction with high standards and quality, and ensure the project is delivered on schedule with premium quality. Meanwhile, China Nerin will fully leverage the advantages of the NDI digital intelligent management and control system to empower the Togolok Gold Mine project with smart, green, and modernized development, helping Kumtor enhance its overall mine operation and management level. Wu expressed the hope that the two side parties will take existing cooperative projects as a link to continuously deepen all-round cooperation, actively explore new cooperation areas such as mineral development, metal smelting, sulfuric acid production from flue gas, metal processing, and industrial parks, and achieve complementary advantages and mutual benefit.
Kanimet Toktosunov spoke highly of the professional technical support and efficient contract fulfillment services provided by China Nerin over the years. He stated that Kumtor highly values its cooperation with China Nerin and fully recognizes China Nerin's technical strength and rich practical experience in mining engineering EPC management and digital mine construction. Since the launch of the Togolok Gold Mine project, all work has progressed smoothly with outstanding construction results, fully demonstrating China Nerin's robust comprehensive strength and sense of responsibility. He looks forward to further strengthening whole-process coordination and linkage of the project, accelerating the progress of all construction tasks, and promoting the full deployment and implementation of the NDI digital and intelligent solution at the project site to improve the project's quality and efficiency through digital technologies. He also hopes that the two sides will continue to broaden the scope and deepen the level of cooperation, constantly tap into cooperation potential, and jointly build a model of long-term, stable, and deeply integrated cooperation in the mining sector between China and Kyrgyzstan.
