China Nerin has successfully secured the contract for the development of Jiangxi Copper Company Limited’s Cascabel Copper-Gold Project in Ecuador. Leveraging its profound engineering expertise in large-scale mining and robust international service capabilities, China Nerin will provide full-process design services for the project. The scope of work cover feasibility study (compliant with NI 43-101 standards), basic engineering, detailed engineering, equipment selection, materials procurement, and full-cycle technical management services.

Located in northern Ecuador, the Cascabel Copper-Gold Project includes the Alpala and Tandayama-América (TAM) deposits. As a world-class, super-large porphyry copper-gold deposit, it boasts an immense resource base of over 4.6 billion tons, containing more than 14 million tons of copper metal and over 1,100 tons of gold.

This successful bid marks another significant milestone in China Nerin’s long-term strategic deepening of the high-end overseas mining market.
